Product Information and Warranty
Welcome to the world of JMNY – the international brand of travel, business, and lifestyle accessories. Since 1999, JMNY has been dedicated to providing our customers with an outstanding ownership experience. JMNY’s comprehensive product coverage is reflective of our commitment to our consumer’s ongoing satisfaction. Specifically, we make three commitments to our customers:
- You will enjoy using our innovative products that are designed and manufactured to be the best;
- You will experience world-class, after-sales customer service;
- For two (2) years for any wallet or accessory, from an authorized JMNY store or dealer, you will be covered by our Limited Warranty.

First Year of Ownership: Worry Free
With limited exceptions, if your JMNY product is damaged during the first twelve (12) months you own it– including damage caused by normal wear and tear, airline handling, or other transit damage–JMNY will cover all repair expenses. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
Years Two and Three on travel bags, business cases, cross body bags, totes, backpacks, and handbags, and the second year for wallets, accessories, and outerwear: You are covered for manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear.
From the second through the third year you own your JMNY travel item, business case, or other bags, and for the second year for wallets or accessories, JMNY will repair any item that is damaged due to normal wear and tear, or defective materials or workmanship, including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or locks). For year three, we do not cover damage caused by airlines or other transit damage. Damage claims in transit cases should be filed against the carrier. Other damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, and loss of time, or similar expenses. Normal wear and tear for JMNY Outerwear does not include lost or missing buttons, torn fabrics or leathers, or cosmetic damage as described above.
Proof of Purchase
Please save your receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Additionally, this will serve as proof that your purchase was made at an authorized JMNY. Our Limited Warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized JMNY third-party or dealer. This warranty gives you certain rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return eligible James Moore New York products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please note that purchases made on special promotions and/or customized & personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through James Moore New York. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
What is your exchange policy?
We don’t have a formal exchange program. If you’d like to exchange something for a different color or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our website for the item you’d like to receive in exchange.
Any returns that do not comply with the aforementioned may be denied at the discretion of James Moore New York.

Will I be charged for shipping on my return?
You will need to send your parcel back to our return address at your own cost.
When will I receive my refund?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
All returned items should be declared as ‘Returns and Repairs of Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. This should be written on the packaging as well as in the declaration form. Returned packages that don’t have this mention may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and might be subjected to additional fees. In the case of unexpected high return costs, we advise you to contact us at [[email protected]] as we can help you reduce costs.
